Jess Eva has revealed the secrets behind her recent .
The 38-year-old Triple M presenter looked amazing in a tight fitting pink cocktail dress when she hit the red carpet on Saturday at the 2022 Australian Commercial Radio Awards (ACRAs).
Interviewed by Daily Mail Australia before the ceremony, Jess said she felt much healthier after shedding 20 kilos.

The term refers to the habit of consuming food as a way to provide comfort while experiencing negative feelings like stress.
'I have two take away places [near me], on my drive home,' she explained.

'[It was like having] a coffee at the end of the day. I've stopped doing that.'

The mother of two said that a recent exercise regime, including riding bikes with her children, has also helped to provide the radio star with a trimmer figure.
'I feel healthier,' she gushed, and said that watching what she ate was key to dieting.
'I'm trying to keep down carbs [carbohydrates] because my a*s explodes even at the look of one!' she joked.
Elsewhere in the down to earth media celebrity said that she was in a midlife crisis.
The radio star said she was trying to stay away from carbohydrates.

'I've decided that I'm half way to death,' she said, 'and I have to get my sh** together.' 
Jess rose to fame on Channel Nine renovation show The Block in 2018. 
During the season finale, she and partner Norm Hogan sold their apartment renovation tips at auction for $2,859,000, making a tidy profit of $209,000.
In 2020, Jess revealed the couple had blown the entire cash prize on swimming pools, gambling and 'helping out their friends'.
